Aidem Ventures, eBus announce JV for India and MiddleEast

Aidem Ventures today announced a joint venture with Singapore-based eBus Media Network, which will offer digital distribution and management solutions of television commercials to advertisers, agencies, media owners, content producers and broadcasters.
The venture, eBus-Aidem, will be headed by Ajay Verma as the chief executive. Verma, with over 17 years of experience, has been a part of the eBus startup operations in India. He has worked with organisations like O&M, Draft-FCB, Redifussion, Y&R, Contract and Percept Hakuhodu.
eBus-Aidem will provide a digital delivery solution where the advertiser has to just send TVCs once and it is digitally delivered to the list of broadcasters as specified by the client / agency within six hours, the company said in a statement.
Advertisers will also be able to easily track the TVC and have access to it in different formats including mobile and internet, it added. For the broadcasters, this will mean faster arrival of TVC's in digital quality, complete library management, no more handling of physical tapes or ingesting, thereby saving physical space, time, effort and money.
eBus-Aidem will also provide broadcasters a complete secure electronic approval process, which integrates with traffic, S&P, ad sales and final play out.
