Bates 141 bags LaOpala creative

Bates141 has bagged the creative mandate of tableware brand, LaOpala, from the the incumbent agency R K Swamy BBDO.
which had recently announced signing on Bipasha Basu as its ambassador.
The agency will also handle the mandate for 'Diva' and 'Solitaire Crystal' brands, the other brands under the LaOpala umbrella.
The account will be overseen by Bates' Kolkata office. The TV campaign for 'Diva' featuring Basu is already on air.
Speaking about the win, Abeer Chakravarty, executive vice president, Bates141 says, ''It's great to work with people who redefined tableware when they launched LaOpala and made it a generic household name, nationally. It's a very interesting and showcasable category (pun intended!) that would allow some creative sparks to fly.
