Bharat Petroleum empanels Scarecrow Communications for new retail initiative

Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has brought on board Scarecrow Communications to handle its new retail initiative.
BPCL's existing roster of agencies includes Euro RSCG, Saatchi & Saatchi and Lowe Lintas.
The Delhi wing of the agency will handle the customer awareness for BPCL's new initiative.
Scarecrow Communications' clients include Religare's broking and health insurance business, Religare Arts Initiative and others.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited is one of the largest state-owned oil and gas company in India. It is involved in the refining and retailing of petroleum products.
