Concept PR acquires I:Connect Enterprises

Mumbai-headquartered full service public relations firm Concept PR today said it had acquired strategic PR consultancy I:Connect Enterprise in an all-stock deal., its first acquisition after it acquired sports and lifestyle communication firm Zzebra PR in 2008.

All three founding members of I:Connect, Lokesh Tiwary, Shantanu Kumar and Shalini Gupta, acknowledged professionals in the field of advertising, brand planning and public relations along with their entire team will merge with Concept PR. 

Over the years, Concept PR has been acknowledged for its effective media relations, particularly in the field of financial communications.

I:Connect, established by Lokesh Tiwary in 2009 was designed to position public relations as a strategic communication partner to brands in order to address critical marketing challenges. Over the past four years, the agency has been associated with several big ticket names across industries including – HTC, ZTE, Nuance, GE, SBI Cards, First Solar, Swarovski and Oriflame among others.
