Dentsu India launches ClozR Communications

Dentsu India has announced the launch of 'ClozR Communications', its new CRM and loyalty practice in joint partnership with Serco BPO, one of the leading domestic BPO companies in India. Headed by Satish Sathyanarayana as COO, ClozR will operate with offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Dubai.
Focusing on one-to-one brand communication both in the digital and offline space, ClozR Communications will work towards creating and progressing impactful relationships between clients, their customers and consumers.
With ClozR, Dentsu India will strengthen the value based proposition to clients, also bringing in the technical expertise for deliveries to the entity. Serco will provide the CRM experience and process understanding along with the re-sourcing to the entity, which has been garnered over the last decade in the CRM, loyalty practice space. These services would initially cater to Indian and Middle East markets.
ClozR Communications offers brands full spectrum one-to-one engagement programmes ranging from offline services such as loyalty and data management, direct marketing strategy, telemarketing and creative capabilities.
In the online space, ClozR offers strategic planning, internet and digital marketing, online media optimisation, web analytics and application integration among other services.
