Komli Media acquires Australia’s PostClick

Venture capital backed digital advertising and technology start-up Komli Media India Pvt Ltd, has today acquired PostClick, an Australian website representation firm that represents leading websites like Bloomberg and Hotfrog among others.
Founded in 2006 and based in Mumbai, Komli Media which partners exclusively in India with top global digital publishers including Facebook, Expedia and Miniclip amongst others, plans to push aggressively in the Asia Pacific region with its first overseas acquisition.
Sydney-based PostClick with offices in Melbourne and Singapore, offers its services to more than 100 Australian and international websites.
PostClick represents Bloomberg and Hotfrog amongst other premium websites and its sites reach over 6 million monthly unique visitors and deliver over 70 million AU page impressions, (the number of customers who land on a web page in a ad view) each month.
The acquisition, which was made through a combination of cash and stock, will lead to a combined companies with over 30 million monthly unique visitors across the Asia Pacific region and help Komli Media to accelerate the pace of innovation in digital advertising for its advertiser and publisher partners across several markets in the region.
Post acquisition, PostClick will operate as a division of Komli Media and Andrew Lockwood will continue as managing director of PostClick.
