Ozone Media launches a seperate branding vertical

Ad-network Ozone Media has expanded its service offerings by introducing a separate vertical to cater to branding on digital platforms.
''Mobile and digital is getting the much due attention from advertisers, with digital brand campaigns gaining interest from traditional advertisers. We expect this category to outpace the already high growth rate of internet advertising,'' said Kiran Gopinath, CEO and founder, Ozone Media.
According to a recent FICCI report, the Indian advertising industry is expected to grow by 12 per cent in 2010 to reach INR 246.9 billion. Internet advertising, in particular, is expected to grow the fastest at a CAGR of 29.6 per cent over the next five years.
Ozone has roped in Arvind Mishra to head the brand vertical. Mishra joins from Webdunia.com and Mauj Mobile, where he headed their sales divisions nationally.
Diyang Bharadwaj, head and founding member at Zed Digital, will take on the responsibility of the performance vertical.
Bharadwaj has over six years of experience in product sales, concept sales, media planning and buying and brand activations in the digital space. In his previous role, he has worked with clients like HP, Reckitt Benckiser, Timesjobs, Uninor, Hotels.com, Hyundai in the digital marketing arena.
In the past few months, Ozone Media has focused on building its workforce and had announced the appointment of Yuzdi Badhniwalla as vice president, sales and marketing. Sanjay Anandaram, co-founder of JumpstartUp venture fund, had also joined the company in an advisory role.
