Ybrant Digital enters APAC region with Max Interactive acquisition

Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based end to end digital marketing solutions provider Ybrant Digital today announced the acquisition of privately owned top Australian Ad network Max Interactive in an all-cash deal, for an undisclosed sum.
This acquisition comes on the heels of Ybrant's recent acquisition 'dream ad', the leading ad network in the Latin American countries of Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Mexico, and the exclusive sales house for Microsoft advertising in the South Cone Region os South America in April 2009.
Earlier known as Ybrant Technologies, the network changed its name to Ybrant Digital in 2008 following a series of five acquisitions, has direct access to over 100 top ad agencies such as OMD, Universal Media, Mediaedge, Starcom, McCann, Zed Media, Carat, MediaCom, Group M, Quasar, Razorfish, Mindshare, Maxus, OmniCom and Oglivy spread across Europe, the Americas and Asia, making it a network of choice for the online publishing community.
It already has allinces with prominent online publishers such as MSN, Yahoo!, Viacom, United Online, Fox News, Bebo.com, Media Traffic, Rubicon, Gorilla Nation, Photobucket, Mobile Vision, hi5 Networks, Inc. The brand, Max Interactive, will continue under the same name and will be highlighted as 'A Ybrant Digital Network'. Dominic Elfer will integrate into the team as Managing Director of Australia under the Ybrant Networks Division, headed by Jacob Nizri.
Ybrant has grown inorganically through a serires of aggressive acquisitons. Over the last two years the company has acquired Oridian, AdDynamix, VoloMP, and MediosOne, which are in addition to its original technologies and support group, Ybrant Technologies, which together form Ybrant Digital.
