Reebok holds Jukari Fit to Flex workshop for trainers, fitness enthusiasts

Reebok India had organised the Jukari Fit to Flex workshop for its certified group of instructors and fitness enthusiasts at Oshiwara in Mumbai on 7-8 December, 2010.
Jukari Fit to Flex offers flexibility training through continuous, flowing movements, using the Jukari band, accompanied by Cirque du Soleil music.
The workshop, presented by Reebok's global master trainer, Cecilia Ostman, is an effort to upgrade the skills and knowledge of its trainers and fitness enthusiasts, and aids quality control and performance checks, the company said in a statement.
Reebok, which had started India operations in 1995, has a 1,000 member strong instructor alliance in India. It supports its fun with fitness philosophy through their global tie-up with Cirque De Soleil for Jukari – Fit to Fly fitness program and in India with a fun Reebok Bollywood Workout launched in association with Shiamak Davar.
The Reebok Instructors Alliance certification programme is affiliated to Ontario-based Reebok University, which was founded in 1993 as a place of higher learning for sports and fitness professionals.
