Behind AAP member Madhu Bhaduri's tirade against Delhi law minister Somnath Bharti for allegedly insulting women and expelled party MLA Vinod Kumar Binny's announcement of plans to form a new party with support of five other MLAs is the unseen hand of opposition Bhartiya Janata Party, or that is what the Kejriwal government in Delhi wants the public to believe.

The AAP launched a frontal attack on the BJP on Monday alleging that Narendra Modi, Arun Jaitley and Harsh Vardhan have ganged up against the Arvind Kejriwal-led government, but refused to substantiate its claims on the role being played by the top leadership of the BJP.

The party also decided not to take any action against its erring members citing lack of evidence.

Madhu Bhaduri, one of the founding members of AAP, on Sunday lashed out at the party for not respecting women and sought apology from law minister Somnath Bharti for allegedly insulting women with foreign nationality during raid at Delhi's Khirki Extension.

Bhaduri said that women aren't considered human beings by the party. She also sought an apology from Bharti to those women who were wronged.

''On January 15 and 16 there were two attacks on humanity. Several died due to cold and there was no accountability by the AAP,'' ANI quoted Madhu as saying.

Expelled party MLA Vinod Kumar Binny on Sunday announced that he has support of five other sitting MLAs and that he would soon launch a new outfit opposing the AAP. He gave the Delhi government a 48-hour ultimatum to meet his demands on issues like slashing power and water bills, women's security which were promised by Kejriwal in the election manifesto.

On top of these comes the recent killing of a student from Arunachal Pradesh, termed as hate killing, close on the heels of the state law minister's ttirade against some African women in the capital.

To substantiate AAP's claims of outside interference, AAP MLA from Kasturba Nagar, Madan Lal has alleged that he was approached several times with offers of money and position to make him break away from the AAP resulting in the fall of the government.

He said the lure first came from a caller located at a foreign country on the intervening night of 7-8 December. The caller offered to fix a meeting with Arun Jaitley the next morning, Lal said, adding, the call was routed in such a manner that he could not call back.

''I said shut up (to the caller),'' Lal said.

After the results were declared, a advocate had approached me with a similar offer, Lal added.

''Then ten days back two people came to me. One of them said he was from Gujarat. He said that he will help me to form a new party and that I can become the chief minister and others (who join the group) can become cabinet ministers,'' Lal said.

''He said I will get Rs20 crore and others will get Rs10 crore. I had informed the party about it to other party leaders,'' he said.

Lal said he was revealing the truth now as his name is doing the rounds in the media that he is in talks with AAP rebel Vinod Kumar Binny to pull down the government.

Binny along with two other MLAs Rambeer Singh and Shoaib Iqbal had yesterday held a press conference and said that they will withdraw their support to the government if chief minister Arvind Kejriwal did not fulfil its promises in 48 hours.
