The anecdotes shared by TGC Prasad covers basic management principles like strategy, leadership, inventiveness, professionalism, process implementation and merit and ‘people paradigm’, which forms the basis of any type of management.

In an interview, Prasad said “the book has three lessons for the youth: to aspire, learn and grow; for working professionals: innovation, focus and execution. When I look at people around me who have done extremely well in the goals they chose, most of them innovated. Everybody has ideas, but very few go after them and those who do, are path blazers. The lesson for working professionals is to be steadfast.”
