Alpha Future duty free shops open At Delhi Airport

New Delhi: Alpha Future, a joint venture between Alpha Airport Group of the UK and the Future Group, India, has opened its first duty free shop in India, at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
The new Alpha Future shops will offer customers an exciting new duty free shopping experience, with an unparalleled collection of 7000 duty free items displayed across 8,000 sq. ft. floor area, including two outlets at arrivals lounge and four outlets at departure area.
The range of products available at Alpha Future include, never before seen items in duty free at New Delhi, across product categories like liquor and tobacco; perfume and cosmetics; fashion and accessories; and confectionary.
Commenting on the Alpha Future's stores' opening, Paul Topping, managing director, Alpha Airport Group-Asia, said, "Alpha Future will offer customers an exciting new duty free experience at the Delhi airport and is well positioned to better serve the needs of the Indian travelers, who are amongst the largest duty free spenders in the World."
With a range of over 200 product lines In the Liquor & Tobacco section, Alpha Future brings to India, the widest range of products ever sold at Delhi duty free, including premium Malts and standard whiskies, exclusive Vodkas and a choice of Cognacs.
The new perfume and cosmetics section is spread over 900 square feet, and will include a range of beauty essentials and fragrances from leading brands, including Estee Lauder and Dior.
The fashion and accessories store, covers approx 1,100-square feet and will offer a range of stylish products from sunglasses and watches, to pens and stationery, as well as crystal ware, fine and fashion jewellery, and men's accessories.
The confectionary on offer, cover a wide range of over 15 items including an exclusive selection of premium fine chocolates.
