CBI Court summons Naveen Jindal, Madhu Koda, and to appear before 22 May

A special CBI court investigating the coal block allocations has summoned industrialist Naveen Jindal, former minister of state for coal Dasari Narayan Rao and former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda and others to appear before in court on 22 May.
Former Congress MP and industrialist Jindal has been accused by the investigating agency in receiving coal blocks in exchange of favours.
The CBI had accused Rao for allegedly receiving funds from Jindal in connection with coalgate scam, and filed FIR against both
Former coal secretary H C Gupta, 11 others including five firms, have also been summoned as accused by the court.
All the accused have been charged with alleged offences of criminal conspiracy, cheating and criminal breach of trust.
