The organisation develops and operates vacation ownership resorts under the Marriott Vacation Club International, Horizons, The Ritz-Carlton Club and Marriott Grand Residence Club brands. It operates Marriott Executive Apartments and provides furnished corporate housing through its Marriott ExecuStay division and operates conference centres.
Marriott International, headquartered in Washington DC, reported sales of $9 billion from operations in fiscal 2003.
In India, the Marriott brand is represented by the 371-room JW Marriott Hotel in Mumbai, the 153-room Goa Marriott Resort and the 286-room New Delhi Marriott. In addition, Marriott International also has a presence through the 286-room Renaissance Mumbai Hotel and Conference Centre, the 179-unit Lakeside Chalet - Marriott Executive Apartments.
