Symmetricom meet to focus on synchronization needs for genext networks

Mumbai: Symmetricom Inc., a worldwide leader in precise time and frequency products and services, will hold seminars in Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai on September 4, 6 and 8 respectively on the theme"Sync Requirements for Next-Generation Networks."
The seminars are free and are hosted by Symmetricom's Indian partner, Tirumala Seven Hills Pvt. Ltd.
Jim Olsen, director of business development at Symmetricom will conduct the seminar at all three locations.
The global telecom industry is changing rapidly with networks transitioning from traditional TDM technology to packet technology. New breakthroughs in technology are causing the scope and potential of the telecommunications industry to expand exponentially. Synchronization and timing requirements are evolving to support emerging applications in next-generation networks. This learning symposium will provide attendees with information on the future of time and frequency in telecom. Each seminar will last approximately three hours.
