Fairfield Atlas is now a part of Saurer AG

Fairfield Atlas Ltd, formerly Atlas Gears Ltd, has informed the stock exchanges that its parent, the US-based Fairfield Manufacturing Company, Inc, subsequent to corporate restructuring will now be part of Saurer AG.
The Switzerland-based, Saurer is a global leader in textile machinery and power transmission solutions with over $1.8 billion in annual revenues and 8,800 employees world-wide.
Fairfield will become part of Saurer's transmission systems segment, which also includes Graziano Trasmissioni, a global leader in the manufacture of gears, axles, transmissions, and complete drive line solutions for the on / off-highway markets.
According to Gary Lehman, president and CEO of Fairfield, "This opportunity brings an exciting new perspective to our company and will help expand our services and offerings to our customers and markets around the world. Graziano
and Saurer provide a platform for Fairfield to further
