UAE’s Ducab sees big potential for fire-safe cabling products in India

Dubai Cable Company Pvt Ltd (Ducab), the UAE-based leading manufacturer of high-quality cabling solutions is conducting global training and certification sessions on high-quality, fire-rated cabling products in India as part of a promotional drive.
Industrial and safety experts from Ducab conducted the first of a planned series of fire safety seminars about the importance of selecting certified fire performance cables and cabling accessories in New Delhi.
Ducab has already established partnerships with leading Indian companies and is a supplier to DMRC, L&T, ABB, Siemens etc. The company also supplies 25 per cent of India's imported industrial-use copper rod and wire from plants in the UAE.
Ducab manufactures a range of products for use in construction, defence, public transport, fire safety, utilities, mining, railways, renewable energy, nuclear, oil and gas, and marine sectors.

The Indian electrical industry secures volumes of its annual copper wire requirement from international manufacturers, and Ducab's plant in Abu Dhabi provides a full 25 per cent share of this market.
