VAS and mobile marketing solutions provider Telenity, which provides next generation converged services and applications for communications networks, today said that it had acquired Construia, a startup specialising in targeted mobile advertising platforms and applications.
Founded in 2008, Construia specialises in products and services, which facilitate management and delivery of advertising over mobile networks.
