ZyXEL Communications launches 802.11n compatible green router NBG-419N

ZyXEL Communications, a broadband access solutions provider has launched the NBG 419N Wireless N Home Router compliant with 802.11n technology.
Executive director-Channel, ZyXEL Technologies India Pvt Ltd Rishi Samadhia, said "ZyXEL's high-performance router provides stable and reliable wireless connections for high-speed data and multimedia deliveries. It's eco friendly wireless scheduling saves energy and enables the configuration smoothly."
According to ZyXEL the NBG-419N is a green product featuring wireless control for energy saving. Features of the router include detachable antenna, pure AP mode with full WDS and the latest 802.11n technology to offer a cost-effective solution for users upgrading their networks to the next generation.
The NBG-419N has a six-level output power control capability which makes it a good wireless neighbour and its 64/128 bit WEP, and WPA/WPA2 are supported to provide stringent protection for wireless transmissions.
Compatible with Windows 7 and Vista and also other operating systems, the router is available for Rs8,500.
Pinaki Chatterjee, executive director-technical, ZyXEL Technologies India Pvt Ltd said, the router has been designed with a user-friendly corporate interface and makes it easy for navigating functions and carrying out basic setup tasks.
