Infomedia sells Glyph International to Cenveo Inc

Infomedia 18 Ltd, a Network 18 group company that owns television channels like CNN-IBN, CNBC TV18 & CNBC Awaaz has today sold its 100 per cent stake in Glyph International, its publishing content service business, to a subsidiary of Cenveo Inc, a US-based provider of content management and print production services.

Cenveo Inc also said in a release that the company, through its subsidiaries, has entered into an agreement to acquire Glyph International from Infomedia 18 Limited.

Glyph International is a leading provider of content solutions to publishers, with operations in Bangalore, New Delhi, London, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Glyph specialises in full suite content production, from project management through editorial, composition, artwork, and XML creation.

Glyph has more than 550 employees worldwide and a strong market presence in both the US and the UK.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to be completed during the second quarter and is projected to be accretive to earnings in 2010.

Infomedia18's leading brands include India's leading directory ''Infomedia Yellow Pages'', the leading product finder Search, and consumer magazines Overdrive and Chip among others.
