Media specialist portal exchange4media has inaugurated
the Dainik Bhaskar Indian Marketing Awards.
The awards will be ebase on an evaluationof activities
like sales promotion, below the line marketing campaigns
and PR, in addition to creatives, media and innovation.
Harish Bijoor, chairman of the organising committee, Dainik Bhaskar Indian Marketing Awards, said in his inaugural address, "Contemporary marketing is on a morph mode in India today. The Dainik Bhaskar Indian Marketing Awards includes 30 categories, ranging from the creative and media centric to emerging disciplines like public relations, below the line marketing and marketing promotion activities, among others.

The
award ceremony will take place in Delhi on September
29, 2004. Nominations would be invited directly through
post, courier and on-line registration through exchange4media.com.
The audit firm, KPMG, will handle the entire nomination
process. There will be a dedicated jury for each of
the award categories and a single gold trophy will be
awarded in each category.
Dainik Bhaskar is the principal sponsor of the Indian Marketing Awards, while Hindustan Times, Indian Oil, Sakal and Pogo are the associate sponsors.
