Cornell offloads 36 lakh shares of Facor Steels

Mumbai: Cornell Corporation sold 36 lakh shares of Facor Steels Ltd in block deals between October 30 and November 1, cutting its stake in the company to 21.36 per cent, according to statements filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The BSE has received the disclosure under Regulation 7(3) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997.
