Sensex, Nifty at all-time highs

Mumbai:The Sensex has reached an all-time high of 16869.64, while the Nifty has hit an all-time high of 4941.15.
Oil & Gas, Bank and Capital Goods stocks led the rally. IT continued to drag due to strong rupee. The market also saw an all-time high market turnover at Rs1.06 lakh cr.
NSE F&O Turnover was at Rs 79,397 crore, while NSE Cash was at Rs18,792 crore. BSE Cash Turnover was at Rs 7,740 crore. These were the all-time high cash turnovers on both BSE, NSE. Stock Futures Turnover too was at all-time high of Rs52,187 crore.
Analysts says that the bull market is still intact and valuations are not overstretched. (Read More)
