trading on 6 March 2002. Dime will replace the BISYS group, which is delisting from the Nasdaq Stock Market (
www.nasdaq.com).
With a market capitalisation of $503 million, Dime is a unitary thrift-holding company and the parent company of the Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh, Brooklyn, New York, which was founded in 1864.
