ordered framing of charges against the three Europe-based

Kolkata: A trainer variant of the MiG-21 fighter
aircraft crashed around 7.30 A.M. on Thursday morning
after hitting a high tension wire and caught fire killing
both the pilots near the Bagdogra Air Force station in

rate
New Delhi: A joint study by India and the European
Union on the textile sector has recommended that New Delhi
frame a uniform excise rate for all types of yarn, fabrics,
knitwear, processing etc in order to improve the competitiveness
of the organised mill sector both at home and abroad.

pumps to have quality management systems
New Delhi: About 15 per cent of the the market
share relating to the service sector would come under
quality control with the introduction of quality management
systems in petrol pumps by the Bureau of Indian Standards,
said the Union minister for food and consumer affairs,
Sharad Yadav.
