Bindra reshuffled to Singapore.
Mumbai: In a major reshuffle at StanChart, chief executive officer (India Region) Jaspal Bindra, has been appointed as the group’s global head of corporates and institutions and will be relocating to Singapore. Chris Low, currently Area General Manager for East Africa and CEO Kenya is to be the new CEO in India.

ITC Hotels appoints Nakul Anand as COO
Kolkata: In a restructuring exercise, the board of ITC Hotels, a subsidiary of ITC, has decided to appoint Nakul Anand as chief operating officer. He will report to managing director Habib Rehman.

Asian Paints gets Jalaj Dani as CEO of Berger International
Mumbai: Asian Paints has appointed Jalaj Dani chairman of Berger International, after recently acquiring a controlling 50.1% stake in the Singapore-based paints company. Dani heads the international operations of Asian Paints, which spans over 22 countries.
