Advertising agency iris has strengthened its digital and experiential team with 16 new appointments.
Arnav Neel Ghosh, VP - digital marketing from Publicis Modem; Ashish K Mathur, senior VP - experiential at Publicis Dialog; and Ram Krishna, AVP - Digital Strategy at Publicis Modem, will join iris.
Arnav Neel Ghosh has over 15 years' experience in the industry, mostly in digital marketing. He was involved with LG, Capgemini, Hewlett Packard and MTS digital advertising at Publicis Modem. He was also in the UK and Spain for five years, creating digital marketing programmes for various telecom brands. Prior to Publics Modem, Ghosh had worked at JWT and TBWA.
Ashish K Mathur was the founder of Ogilvy's venture into the event, promotion and exhibition business in 2000, where he was activation head (North), leading a team of over 50 professionals across all BTL disciplines. He has worked with clients like Aviva, Google, the International Olive Council (IOC), Royal Challenge, Director's Special, and Antiquity. He is a below-the-line specialist with over 25 years of industry experience.
Ram Krishna is an online marketing, advertising and business development professional with award-winning management consulting experience. At Publicis, Krishna was responsible for overseeing online marketing campaigns for Garnier, BMW, Sanofi-Aventis, Harry & David, among others.
