Dr R Chidambaram invited to join IAEA's commission of eminent persons

Dr Chidambaram, principal scientific adviser to the government of India, has been invited to join the International Atomic Energy Association's (IAEA) commission of eminent persons, established by IAEA director general Dr Mohamed ElBaradei.
The commission was established recently by Dr ElBArdei and its first meeting is being held currently in Vienna, where the IAEA is headquartered.
The commission is tasked with making recommendations to the board of governors, regarding long-term priorities and funding for IAEA.
