Sandeep Pathak has become the new CEO for Bates 141. Pathak role will include both brand strategy and advertising businesses.
Pathak has been the Mumbai head for Bates since the last two years and was earlier with Leo Burnett.
Manosh Mukherjee is the new COO for the WPP agency, who has been with Bates 141 since the last eight years.
Dheeraj Sinha will become the chief strategy officer for the Bates 141 Group.
All new appointments are effective from November 1, 2008.
