Dr Reddy Penumalli appointed managing director, Analog Devices, India

Mumbai: Analog Devices Inc. (NYSE: ADI) today announced the promotion of Dr Reddy Penumalli to the new position of managing director, Analog Devices, India.
Dr S Karthik, who has been the Managing Director of Analog Devices India product development centre in Bangalore since October 2002, has decided to return full time to engineering management as engineering director, Analog Devices Bangalore.
In this capacity, Dr. Reddy will be instrumental in structuring ADI's business in the country and will be responsible for strategic planning, operations, administration and management of all ADI facilities in India. ..
An old company hand, Dr Reddy has industry experience spanning over 26 years and has been with Analog Devices for the last 19 years as part of the corporate as well as the research and development organisation. In 2005, he became MD of Analog Devices' Hyderabad development centre, having earlier been the MD of the company's India product development centre in Bangalore.
