CADES gets all major certifications and approvals required for the aerospace industry

The Bangalore-based CADES announced on 4 September that it has received all major certifications and approvals required for aerospace industry. These augment CADES's best practices and processes for providing quality-centric product design and engineering services for the aerospace industry, a company release stated.
CADES says it is the only private company in India with all major certifications and approvals to its credit, which clearly differentiates its capabilities to design, build and provide engineering services for the global aerospace and defence industry.
These include, ISO 9001:2000, the AS9100B aerospace standard certification, as well as the ISO / ICE 27001 information systems, security and confidentiality standard, to ensure complete confidentiality of customer data.
It is also approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for design and analysis of aeronautical structures, mechanical systems and engine components of civilian aircraft and helicopters. It also has the certification of the centre for military airworthiness and certifications (CAMILLA) for design and analysis of aircraft / helicopter structures and aero-engines, including their life evaluation / estimation.
