Baazee.com auctions old music and movies

Mumbai: Baazee.com, the popular Indian online marketplace, has organised a unique music and movies sale. Apart from auctions of the latest Hollywood and Bollywood movies, special packages have been created, offering music and movies collections at a discount of up to 50 per cent on the actual cost. The sale, which started on June 1, will continue till the end of the month.

This sale also features collections that are otherwise unavailable. These collections, which are available in packs of three or five music cassettes and CDs, are being auctioned at an exclusive price on baazee.com.

National and international music labels like Saregama, Universal, Sony, T-Series, and Virgin and movie companies like Shemaroo, Indus, Ultra, Eagle, Warner Bros, Excel, Gipsy and Diskovery are part of this sale.

The sale also features VCDs of old melodies of Kishore Kumar, Mohammed Rafi and Mahendra Kapoor.

Baazee.com had organised a similar music sale last year and had sold around 25,000 over a period of two weeks. About 45 per cent of the sale benefited non-metro sellers, selling titles that were otherwise not available in other cities.
