Biocon arm Syngene in R&D pact with DuPont Crop Protection

Biocon subsidiary Syngene International has formed an alliance with DuPont Crop Protection, under which it will provide integrated research services, covering a broad range of R&D technical capabilities, to support DuPont's discovery pipeline.

Syngene provides custom research service in the areas of chemistry, biology, biologics and DMPK-toxicology to the global pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries across a range of programmes.
Syngene, a wholly owned subsidiary of Biocon, is an internationally reputed contract research and manufacturing organisation with multidisciplinary skills in chemistry and biology services. From early stage discovery and process development through to cGMP manufacturing, it provides customised services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology majors.
