Loop mobile launches mobile service gallery for customers

In a bid to extend customer comfort, Loop mobile today launched a mobile service gallery in Mumbai.

The mobile service van will provide Loop customers a convenient way to access its services right at their doorstep.

Exclusively designed by Dilip Chabbaria, the fully air-conditioned van is spacious with comfortable seating arrangements. It is furnished with customer service desks, with three trained, smart & savvy executives posted for assistance

Loop subscribers can avail all services at this mobile gallery including activation of  new postpaid and prepaid connections, prepaid recharges via e-top, on-the-spot bill payments, value added services, SIM card replacements, change of mobile number or tariff plans, billing and service queries and full assistance of customer support executives.

The van is also equipped with Global Packet Radio Service (GPRS) to facilitate online connectivity for activation of any mobile related service.

It will cover pre-determined geographical areas and routes and will visit different areas of the city everyday with subscribers being informed about its arrival in their locality through SMS.
