Maxfair Drugs launches ayurvedic formulations in Kerala

Kochi: Maxfair Drugs and Cosmetics Pvt Ltd has launched its ayurvedic formulations in the Kerala market.

Ranjan Mahapatra, managing director, Maxfair, told media persons here that the products which were launched in Kerala include Diabenol (for Diabetes), Damanil (for Asthma and respiratory disorders), Jointpen (for Arthritis and other painful conditions), Nefrostone (for kidney stone and other renal disorders), Normotens (management of Hypertension), Pilogen (for piles and recto-anal disorders) and Baazigar (sexual dysfunction).

Mahapatra pointed out that the present life-style of people has given rise to several disorders due to polluted environment both at the domestic arena and work place. Faulty food habits have precipitated several renal complications.

The Indian system of medicine does not require any further evidence to substantiate its efficiency since they are well-documented in the great treatises such as Charakasamhita, Sushrut Samhita, Ashtanga Granthavali and Anubhoot Yoga.

In addition, the company has utilised its research outcome and experience to make the products cost-effective even while retaining their potential to cure various disorders. The manufacturing methods adopted by the company upholds the dignity of the Indian traditional system of treatment.

Mahapatra further said that the company was ready to address conditions such as Sciatica, acidity, allergic cough and cold, obesity and cardiac care. These products would be launched by next month.
