Moser Baer expands product range to IT peripherals, ties up with F1 for after sales service

New Delhi: Moser Baer has now ventured into the IT peripheral products to extend its product line. It is already a a well known brand in the media business with its brand of rewriteable CDs and DVDs.

It has tied up with F1 support and services to ensure after sales service and will leverage F1''s existing reach of 30 services centres and 14 its associate service partners across India. F1 will provide repair, replacement and onsite, return to base on the Moser Baer product line of optical drives (ODD), pen drives, keyboards, mouse, LCD, speakers, headphones and other IT peripherals.

"Moser Baer is synonymous with quality and it has been our endeavour to make our products easy to use and service," Sudip De, assistant general manager, domestic marketing, said while announcing the tie-up. "With this tie-up, we will have access to the strong after sales service network of F1, which will help us strengthen our presence."
