Mrinal Sattawala appointed COO, Patni

Mumbai: Mrinal Sattawala has joined as chief operating officer, Patni Computer Systems Ltd

This is a newly created position at Patni and Sattawala will have overall responsibility for operations of the business units and report to Naren K Patni, chairman & CEO.

Insurance and financial services business units will now directly report to Sattawala, who will continue to be responsible for the sales and regional operations of the Europe and APAC regions, besides overseeing global sales and marketing.
