Murudeshwar Ceramics to up output at its Karaikal facility

Chennai: Vitrified tiles manufacturer Murudeshwar Ceramics is all set to increase production at its Karaikal facility near Pondicherry to 5,000 square metres per day, from 2, 000 sq mtrs per day, in a month's time.
With this, Murudeshwar Ceramics hopes to cater to the Tamil Nadu market effectively. The company recently expanded its capacity to 12,000 sq mtrs per day.
Murudeshwar Ceramics is the only company in India to manufacture vitrified floor tiles employing both soluble salt surface penetration technology as well as powder mixing, flaming and granulation technology.
In order to tap the Tamil Nadu market the company inaugurated its second exclusive showroom in Chennai and fifth in the state. The showroom has on display the company's entire range.
Murudeshwar Ceramics has 63 exclusive showrooms in India and is planning to increase it to 70 shortly.
