Radico Khaitan posts a net profit growth of 39%

Hyderabad: Radico Khaitan, among India''s leading liquor manufacturer has registered an impressive growth in the year 2004-2005. The group net profit figure of Rs35.86 crore in the year 2004-05 a growth of 39 per cent as compared to Rs25.68 crore for the year 2003-04.

The company expects a CAGR of 25 per cent in the sales in the next two years.

The company sold 10 million cases in the year 2004-05 and has three ''millionaire'' brands in its portfolio, 8PM Whisky, which sold 3.3 million cases in 2004, Old Admiral Brandy (1.4 million cases ) and Contessa Rum. (2.7 million cases).

The company has entered further into the white spirits segment with the launch of 8 PM Bermuda White Rum and and will be shortly launching a vodka brand called Magic Moments Vodka.

The company has also launched the first Cognac blended 8 PM Excellency Brandy.
