Seagate highlights role of data storage in future of broadcasting

New Delhi: Seagate Technology (www.seagate.com), the world''s leading hard disc drive supplier, will be discussing how broadcasters are revolutionising digital content at the Broadcast India Exhibition and Symposium on 29 October 2003 in Mumbai.

Rob Pait, Seagate director of global consumer electronics marketing, will be illustrating to broadcasters from all over India how editing and creating content, storing for on-air use, and discussing how managing and accessing content with disc drives is changing the nature of broadcasting. Pait will also discuss how broadcasters can select the right form of storage to maximise their applications'' capabilities.
