Silverline Technologies acquires Canada's OMDR Inc in share-swap deal

Silverline Technologies Ltd has acquired global provider of customer interaction and management services OMDR Inc, (formerly known as Omega Direct Response Inc), headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with over 125,000 hours / month total operational capacity leveraging its 1,300 positions.

OMDR, a multilingual inbound and outbound customer contact service management specialist is one of the pioneers of near and offshore contact centre services, with delivery centres in Canada, Mexico and India with in-language services in English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi among other languages. It is currently locating new facilities at Gandhinagar and Chennai.

It has clientele from among leading service providers from financial institutions, system cable operators, public utilities, telecommunications companies, publishers, membership organizations, food services, consumer goods.

Along with its tools and programs, OMDR will become part of Silverline's customer care and service management practice to provide total customer care services. The new capability acquired addresses two common needs - the increasing cost of ownership of customer acquisition, customer service and customer retention and, second,  the recruitment and retention of skilled technical resources required to deliver enterprise wide service excellence.
