Suzuki Motorcycle launches two new ATV models

Suzuki Motorcycle India on Saturday announced the launch of two new ATV (all-terrain vehicle) models - Ozark 250 and Quadsport Z400 - priced Rs5.45 lakh and Rs8.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively.

With the two vehicles, Suzuki, known for its motorcycles and scooters in the Indian market, now enters the ATV segment.

''The Ozark 250 is a versatile, leisure ATV with many practical standard features, automatic clutch, class leading performance, low maintenance design and a modern stylish look that provides complete value in true Suzuki style,'' said the company in a statement.

The Suzuki Quandsport Z400, on the other hand, is claimed to be an ideal sport-ATV for high-performance off-roading thanks to its chassis, engine and fuel injection designed for the purpose.

Masayoshi Ito, managing director of Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd, said: ''With the goal of expanding our product line in India, we have decided to launch two of our popular ATV models in the market, hence showcasing our expertise across various categories. We intend to make a strong foothold in this growing market and pave the way for future launches in India.''

To start with, Suzuki Motorcycle India would sell its ATVs through authorised dealers in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad and Jodhpur.
