Tata Docomo launches free incoming calls on roaming for 6 months

Tata Docomo, unified telecom brand of Tata Teleservices Ltd, has launched a new tariff voucher that offers free incoming calls to subscribers while on roaming.

The voucher priced at Rs775 is available for its pre-paid GSM AND CDMA customers in Mumbai.

This voucher will allow both GSM and CDMA customers in Mumbai to receive free incoming calls while they are roaming on Tata Docomo's national network. The company will levy 80 paise per minute for local calls and Rs1.15 per minute for STD calls, while the tariff comes with a 6-month validity, the company said in a statement.

''It is our endeavour to constantly innovate and introduce new products and services based on market demand. Customers in the Mumbai are always on the move travelling frequently to other cities. The special tariff voucher priced at RS775 has been launched keeping in mind the rising market need for affordable roaming tariffs,'' said Tata Docomo Mobile Business Unit Head Jamshed Gilani.

''With our customer-centric focus we will continue to provide personalised services to our customers that will help them address their increasingly specific telecom needs,'' he added.

The offer has been designed keeping in mind the requirements of professionals in the business capital of Mumbai.
