Pakistan’s spy agency Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) is reported to have chalked out a plan to recruit 10,000 terrorists from the restive Waziristan region of its Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, to be trained and pushed across the line of control to India in order to create trouble in Jammu and Kashmir.

A frustrated Pakistan, which has been desperately trying to unleash mayhem in India after the Indian government abrogated Article 370 of the Constitution that granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir and announced plans to bifurcate the state into Kashmir, Jammu and Ladakh, to quell the activities of Pakistan-backed terrorists.
Reports citing intelligence sources said the ISI has already set up camps to provide training to the new recruits before pushing them across the LoC to launch terror attacks in India. The ISI with support from the Pakistani army is also reported to have set up movable training camps for terrorists in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Pakistani terror group Jamaat-e-Islami is engaged in brain-washing the new recruits and providing them arms training in terror camps in Rawalakot's Tarnooti and Pothi Bala, according to reports.
ISI is coordinating activities of the different Pakistani terror groups, including Jaish-e-Mohammad, Hizbul Mujahideen and Lashkar-e-Taiba with help from Pakistani army. These terrorists will be used to create communal tension by attacking a popular religious shrine in Jammu and Kashmir so as to instigate Kashmiri youth against security forces stationed in Ladakh, say reports.
Hizbul commander Shamsher Khan is reported to have been chosen by Pakistan army to lead fresh infiltration attempt into Jammu and Kashmir. The plan is to infiltrate into India through J&K border in the last week of September or early October, the reports said.
Reports said Indian security agencies have identified at least 18 terror camps and launch pads in PoK and several terrorists are currently waiting in these camps looking for opportunity to cross the LoC with the active support of Pakistan’s army and ISI.
While major terror camps are in Manshera, Kotli and A-3, launch pads for these terrorists are spread across Balakot, Garhi, Habibullah, Batrasi, Chero Mandi, Shiwai Nala, Muskara, and Abdullah bin Masood, reports said.
Reports said, in the Kotli area, terror camps and launch pads have been spotted in Gulpur, Sesa, Barali, Dungi and Kotli while in the A-3 sector, terror camps have been found in Kali Ghati and Hazire. Pakistan’s army and ISI have also established some new camps in Bahawalpur, Bumba and Barnala.
To provide support to the terrorists, Pakistan has also moved another brigade of nearly 2,000 troops in the Bagh and Kotli sector close to the Line of Control in PoK.
While the current positioning is some 30 km away from the LoC and are not are not deployed in an offensive posture, sources said the Indian Army is closely monitoring their movements.
While the Pakistani army has moved troops closer to the LoC, Islamabad has been trying to muster support for terrorism in the Valley by drawing international attention terming the prevailing situation in the region as very tense.
Pakistani leadership has so far failed to convince the world that India has been trying to suppress the voice of people for Kashmir when the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi abrogated Article 370 and Article 35A and decided to divide Jammu and Kashmir into two union territories - Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
