Elvis Sequeira joins Cheil Worldwide Southwest Asia as national creative director

Cheil Worldwide Southwest Asia has brought on board Elvis Sequeira as national creative director.

He replaces Prathap Suthan, the erstwhile national creative director, who had quit Cheil in October to set up his own agency. (See: Prathap Suthan quits Cheil Worldwide to set up own agency)

At Cheil, Sequeira will head the creative for Cheil's Southwest Asia regional office, working closely with the agency's global creative team.

Sequeira has two decades of experience in the industry, and joins from Good Morning Films, where he was the director. He began his career as a copy trainee with Clea, followed by brief stints at Mudra and Interact-Vision.

He then moved to Lowe Lintas, where he handled the Bajaj business and also worked on accounts like Jet Airways, Johnson's Baby, Shaw Wallace and ICICI-Prudential.

Sequeira then joined Percept/H as national creative director, before joining JWT Delhi as vice president and executive creative director, heading businesses such as Hero Honda, Sony, Pepsi, Monster.com.
