Lowe Lintas appoints Nagananda Kumar as corporate coach, HR director

Lowe Lintas has appointed Nagananda Kumar as corporate coach and HR director. Kumar's new responsibilities include leadership coaching, streamlining and automating HR operations, developing and implementing professional development programs. He will report to Charles Cadell, CEO and R Balki, chairman and chief creative officer and will be based in Mumbai.
 
Kumar has worked Mudra Communications, Exxon Basic Chemicals, Hughes Space and Communications (now Boeing), GM-OnStar, GMAC-RFC, Oracle Corporation and Robert Mondavi.

Kumar is Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has taught courses on organizational culture, creativity and change in institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and Pepperdine University, Los Angeles, California.
