GoAir enjoys industry’s highest market share per aircraft: Jeh Wadia

New Delhi: Low budget carrier, GoAir, said Saturday that it had registered a massive 73 per cent growth in passenger traffic over nine months of the current fiscal, carrying nine million passengers in all.
The LCC doubled its weekly flights to 561 last November. The airline registered an average load factor of 83 per cent through the year, which, it says, has been maintained consistently.
The Wadia Group run airline, said it is poised to maintain the growth trend in passenger traffic, load factor and market share, into the last quarter of this fiscal as well.
GoAir's managing director, Jeh Wadia, has said that the airline enjoys the highest market share per aircraft in the industry.
The airline currently operates to 11 Indian cities of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Cochin, Delhi, Goa, Hyderabad, Jammu, Jaipur, Chennai and Srinagar.
