Publicis Groupe acquires luxury brands advertising agency AR New York

French advertising company Publicis Groupe, yesterday said that it had acquired AR New York, which creates advertising for many of the world's leading fashion, luxury and beauty brands.
Paris-based Publicis did not disclose what it paid for AR New York, which was founded in 1996 by Alex Gonzalez and Raul Martinez.
Manhattan, New York-based AR New York is the agency-of-record for many of the world's leading fashion, luxury and beauty brands, including Asprey, Banana Republic, Brioni, Brooks Brothers, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, DFS, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo, Moët & Chandon, Neiman Marcus, Salvatore Ferragamo,Smartwater, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, Valentino, Versace, Vogue Magazine and Waldorf Astoria.
