Starcom Worldwide wins the media duties for Oriflame

Following a multi-agency pitch, Starcom Worldwide has won the media duties for cosmetics company, Oriflame. Delhi wing of Starcom will handle the account, which is pegged around Rs10 crore.
"We have partnered with Starcom, as we believe they will add value to our marketing efforts,'' said Sharmili Rajput, marketing director, Oriflame.
Oriflame, founded in 1967, is looking to up its marketing efforts by engaging in above the line activities to go with its BTL initiatives.
''It will be a great experience for the team working on the business, as Oriflame reaches out to consumers in innovative ways,'' said Tarun Deep Kumar, executive director, India North, Starcom Worldwide.
The beauty company was founded by two brothers and their friend, and sells its products through a sales force of independent consultants across 62 countries.
