Amazon offers two-week trial on latest Kindle models

After the launch of its Kindle services in India, Amazon is pushing ahead on the marketing front to increase the sales of Kindle range of devices with the latest offer being a no strings attached 'two-week trial'.
Users can order a Kindle eReader, use it for two weeks and return it for a full refund in case they were not happy with the device under the offer, limited to just one device per user.
Customers would be charged by the company for the ordered device, but if the buyer decided to return the gadget, they would get a full refund within 3-5 working days either through a cheque or bank transfer.
Users could choose from either a Kindle Paperwhite 3G, Kindle Paperwhite and Kindle.
The company's latest device the 6th generation Kindle Paperwhite, is said to be one of the best devices in the segment so far, offering high contrast as also better reflectivity. The eReader comes with a 25-per cent faster processor.
With the offer, customers can experience the joy of reading on a pure reading device, along with an instant access to a wide range of books, The Indian Express reported.
Customers could adjust text size as also built-in dictionary access.
6th generation Kindle Paperwhite with its higher contrast and better reflectivity kept white whiter and black blacker. The device also features next generation built-in light that ensures a comfortable eyestrain free reading experience. The 25 per cent faster processor makes for faster opening of a new book or turning pages.
Even as the company added new features, it had retained old features. Like other devices, the new Kindle Paperwhite also comes with a strong battery lasting 8 weeks, built in Wi-Fi and 3G, and access to over 2 million books including works of famous authors like Sudeep Nagarkar, Ramachandra Guha, Amish Tripathi, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, Rashmi Bansal among others.
The devices, Kindle Paperwhite 3G, Kindle Paperwhite and Kindle are on offer for Rs 13,999, Rs10,999 and Rs5,999 respectively on Amazon's website. The offer would run till 23 July, 2014.
